As a Tech Recruiter at INFINIT, you will be responsible for driving our technical recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional tech talent who align with INFINIT values and contribute to our success.

**What do we want to achieve together?**:

- ** Support Other People Team Tasks**: Assist with other tasks and projects within the people team as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.

**What You Need To Succeed**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. Experience recruiting for tech/IT roles is mandatory.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is **must**.
- ** Startup** experience desirable
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- ** Data-driven**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- ** Tech-savvy**: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with Lever ATS is highly desirable.
