**Job Purpose**:
The position reports to the Accounting Manager. In order to provide satisfactory service the position holder must successfully deliver the follow responsabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a larger part of the day to day operations of group
- Perform Month-end, quarter end, and year end closing tasks
- Process manual journals at month end with appropriate and complete supporting documentation
- Perform Monthly Balance sheet and P&L fluctuation Analysis
- Assist the Accounting Manager with production of month end reporting package, adhering to corporate deadlines (including SOX compliance reporting)
- Perform certain monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations, and review reconciliations performed by the team
- Review Inter-Company Reconciliations
- Perform certain quality review tasks to ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and compliance to internal policies
- Manage Fixed Assets
- Interface with management in various departments, including purchasing, sales, finance, others.
- Provide monthly KPIs to management
- Assist with other additional reporting requirements as needed
- Support external and internal audits
- Train accounting staff
- Support with finance related projects as required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 year-experience within an Accounting Department
- Strong working knowledge of SAP/Business Warehouse
- Strong Knowledge of Excel
- Team leading experience
- High level of English, oral and written
- Experience in a SSC environment preferable
- SOX Experience preferable
- Proactive and able to resolve issues under own initiative
- Team player
- Able to work effectively and analyze complex data in time pressured situations, ensuring reporting deadlines are met
- Ability to work well in multi-tasking environment
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact openly and directly with colleagues, management and the wider business
- Able to produce clear, accurate and concise analysis for senior management review
- Able to work in a changing environment, initiative and adaptability
