is sought for a research project at the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR).***

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English (business level)

**Experience and knowledge: -**

Knowledge in hematology or interest in bone marrow cytology

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

Digitization of bone marrow aspirates through the acquisition of images of bone marrow samples with May
- Grünwald Giemsa staining.
- Analysis of bone marrow aspirates by microscopy (cell identification and differentiation in a given field of view of

a microscope), which will later be transformed into digital microscopy image analysis protocols.
- Collaboration in the identification and evaluation of possible biasing variables in the development and use of the

artificial intelligence algorithms developed.
- Collaboration in the development of new works in the designated research line.

- Gross annual salary: 27.852,43 € (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are
consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
