At IKEA we are building, integrating and using software to solve complex problems. To fulfill our IKEA vision, “a better everyday life for the many people,” we need to ensure that the software we create and use is safe for both our customers and co-workers.

We expect that you understand the complexities in security and risk mitigations in software development that manifest themselves in complex and distributed systems.

You know that things are not black and white. You are curious, open minded and can work independently towards a common goal.

What we hope that you bring to the table:

- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in large scale, enterprise software development as a software-, DevOps
- or security engineer.
- Experience utilizing CI/CD practices to automate software testing

It is advantageous if you have:

- security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CRISC, CEH or CISA.
- at least 4-5 years of experience working with SSDLC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Facilitation of workshops to conduct security assessments and supporting remediation activities for digital products and platforms.
- Innovative approaches to working with Secure Software Development Life Cycle in the domain.
- Acting as a 1st line advisory service for day-to-day queries related to cyber security
- Ensuring the implementation of technical controls for Group Digital spanning all technology capability areas.
- Do security awareness initiatives within the domain
- Improve and expand on the types of techniques that we utilize today, i.e., code scanning, dependency analysis, fuzzing and dynamic analysis.
