**Role Summary**

As a Senior Compliance Data Analyst at Payoneer, you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance and Financial Crime (FinCrime) teams with data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. You will act as a strong data partner, working to provide accurate and actionable reporting to various stakeholders across the organization.

**What You'll Do**- Provide insights to stakeholders such as Screening, AML, and Fraud teams to support data-driven compliance decisions.- Use SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively.- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends.- Support strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible, consistent, and accurate.- Handle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller, actionable tasks.- Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems.

**Who You Are**- You have 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within compliance, fintech, financial services, or risk.- Proficient in SQL and Excel.- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
