Lucas Fox is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury real estate industry while honing your skills in design and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and external designers to develop and create compelling designs and audiovisual content for print and digital marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for delivering and approving design-related projects on time and according to briefing.
- Manage the merchandising catalogue working with external suppliers to ensure quality standards, stock availability and develop new merchandising product ideas.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in marketing or design is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate among several stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiar with social media environment and native using social media platforms.
