**About the Position**

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) reports to Spain Inside Sales Manager. This person would be responsible for obtaining all the contacts that come from the marketing department and transforming them into sales opportunities. This person converts the leads into quality leads, and when they are qualified, passes them on to the CAM. The SDR is in charge of directly contacting those who are interested in your business, thus turning cold calls into warm calls. The person in charge should be responsible for proactive Outbound calls to prospect and actual WatchGuard customers to promote Cross Selling.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Be in charge of prospecting of outbound leads in Spain.
- Follow up on end user lead generation campaigns: webinars, events, telemarketing etc
- Be familiar with account-based marketing approach.
- Be in contact with direct end customer and the partner's end customer for cross-referencing and detecting new opportunities.
- Introduce our company to potential end users.
- Identify potential end user needs and suggest suitable products/services.
- Close good quality appointments and meetings.
- Close work and relationship with the rest of the members of the sales team + marketing and pre-sales.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities in the market.
- Generate new leads by skillful use of marketing and sales tools.
- Spend 80% of time calling, presenting our portfolio.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Resilience, Great research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Methodic, process oriented.
- Proficiency with desktop computers; MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Proven experience in Outbound calling.
- Experience using CRMs (ex: Salesforce )
- Good understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to withdraw Business Intelligence with SalesForce or other analytics tools.
- Ability to deliver convincing presentations.
- A person who loves customer contact

**Experience**:

- Experience in cold calling
- Experience in IT/InfoSec/SaaS B2B
