Job description
A brand new opportunity, with one of the world's leading professional services firms, providing comprehensive transaction advice and services to clients around the globe. We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Transaction Services team as a (Senior) Consultant in Spain.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisitions or investments, including analysing financial statements, identifying risks and opportunities, and assessing the overall financial health and performance of target companies.
- Participate in the preparation and review of financial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with client management teams to understand their business objectives, financial strategies, and long-term goals, and provide recommendations based on transaction findings.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, summarizing key findings and insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Legal, and Valuation, to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the field of transaction advisory services.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- An aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Must have the right to work in the EU without sponsorship.
