For our Retail Division, we are looking for:
**Supply Chain Sales Coordinator - EMEA**

**What you will do **

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of sales orders in the ERP and available inventory for the Sensormatic Sales Team to include the systematic (database) receiving and reporting of products related to orders. This position is responsible for the daily interaction between supply chain team members that support the region (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics and Warehouse) and the sales and operations teams.

**How you will do it**
- Analyzes system sales orders for hardware/products and other miscellaneous items as required for the Supply Chain team to the Operations Departments.
- Tracks and follows up with vendors and internal partners on expected receipts to determine any delays or extended lead times. Communicates these delays to stakeholders as needed.
- Receives orders systematically, via data entry using our ERPs and the Warehouse Management System.
- Deliver sales order processing function including order entry and liaising with Operations Department on customs documentation along with finance on customer account queries
- Assist in responding to sales order/delivery queries in a professional and efficient way.
- Assist with other administrative functions as needed

**What we are looking for **
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Similar experience related with the previous description.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience related to Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics.
- Advance English and Spanish Knowledge
