Reportando directamente al responsable de RRHH:
Sus principales **_funciones_** serán:

- Gestión sistema de fichajes, accesos y absentismo.
- Gestión con las ETT (solicitud perfiles, soporte en contratación y onboarding, control motivos de contrato y finalizaciones, control horas facturación).
- Gestión convenios de colaboración educativa (publicación ofertas, criba CV, gestión convenios, cálculo horas/becas)
- Mantenimiento BBDD.
- Soporte reporting mensual.
- Soporte nóminas (envío variables gestoría y revisión)
- Soporte en gestión de la formación, documentación, bonificaciones, etc.
- Soporte a nível de Facilities en organización eventos corporativos, comunicaciones, etc.
- Soporte administrativo de todo tipo (cartas, certificados, archivo digital y físico, traducciones)

**Requisitos**:

- Formación RRLL, Ciencias del Trabajo, o similar.
- Experiência de 1 o 2 años realizando tareas similares como administrativo generalista.
- Inglés: First Certificate
- Dominio de Excel: medio avanzado.
