**What You’ll Do**
- Keep our aerospace facilities operating at peak performance—think HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and more
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules like a pro, avoiding costly downtimes and extending the life of our assets
- Tackle breakdowns, disruptions, or facility issues fast and hands-on—or coordinate with vendors to solve them like a boss
- Support upgrades, new installations, and reconfigurations of spaces for our labs, test areas, and R&D workshops
- Ensure safety, fire prevention, and compliance protocols are airtight and always up-to-date
- Partner with contractors, negotiate service terms, and keep quality in check
- Bring fresh ideas to reduce energy costs, optimize facility layouts, and support our sustainability goals
- Actively collaborate with engineering and production teams to adapt facilities to evolving technical needs

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within aerospace manufacturing or a related industry.
- Technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and facility management tools
- Experience with Spanish safety and compliance regulations
- Project coordination or site supervision experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluency in Spanish
- Working proficiency in English
