**Senior Marketing Manager Onsite (all genders)**

to shape the future of work

**Tasks**:

- Build up landing and content pages in our webshop, manage all delivered content (text, video graphics) and create a perfect customer journey though our web shop
- Continuous improvement of the on-site performance for all campaigns by tracking performance and user behavior
- Formulating requirements/needed features for CMS development team
- Create campaign architecture in our web shop and improve customer journey
- Create, test and publish all content and campaign pages in our web shop
- measuring the results of marketing activity in webshop and derive improvements from it
- Single point of contact between marketing stakeholders (IMMs, Brand, etc.) and Webshop team. Formulating requirements and bundle them from all stakeholders and enforce the development together with CMS dev-team

**Profile**:

- Routine handling of content management systems
- Have communication skills, high affinity for design and layout, creative and make fact-based decisions
- Strong interest in continuously improving the content management system with various stakeholders and interfaces
- Technical understanding of content management systems, _solid understanding of web programming (HTML)_ and the capability to translate marketing needs into a developer’s language
- Former jobs may include; Frontend Manager, UX Manager, Webmaster, SEO Manager, Ecommerce Manager
