We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Travel Department Assistant** to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is reserved for individuals with a **minimum physical disability of 33%**, in accordance with our commitment to equal opportunity and workplace inclusion.

As a Travel Department Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our travel coordination team, helping to organize business trips, manage bookings, process travel expenses, and assist with administrative tasks.

Proficient in English is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support travelers with itinerary changes and travel documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties related to travel planning.

Sueldo: Hasta 2.000,00€ al mes
