**Job Description** What it's all about**:
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

Within VCA exists Visa Managed Services (VMS) for Advisory, a team of global consultants dedicated to helping our clients grow their businesses through strategic execution and implementation support.

We’re seeking a dynamic Managed Services Consultant Manager to support our Latin American**clients from Spain. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing portfolio performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to drive measurable improvements across client operations. This is a position with a strong focus on cross-cultural communication, continuous optimization, and delivering tangible business impact. **_Fluency in Spanish and experience with Latin American markets are essential._**

**Specific Responsibilities include**
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Quantify solution value and differentiation
- Create sales materials and presentations
- Identify key stakeholders and processes
- Manage vendor engagement and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Develop sales collateral, including sales presentations and “tear sheets”
- Spot challenges and opportunities across clients
- Develop custom and scalable products using Visa and third-party assets
- Find third-party partners for solution enhancement
- Develop profitable pricing strategies
- Manage projects and programs effectively
- Consistently deliver high-quality results
- Implement hands-on solutions comfortably
- Possess knowledge of on-premises and cloud data architecture
- Utilize BI reporting and UI/UX approaches
- Stay updated on data science developments
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities
- Showcase expertise in analytics, AI, and Data Science
- Build relationships for cross-selling and up-selling

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications** What we want from you**:

- Preferred experience in issuer and/or consulting sales experience focused on Data and Analytics strategy and/or implementation with a top-tier consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver, implement solutions, execution-oriented.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, can measure client financial impact.
- Experience with modern distributed systems data analytics, programming tools.
- Previous experience in developing insights-driven solutions.
