Amentum is hiring Manager/Site Lead in Rota, Spain. Has 10 years current or previous experience in controlling daily aircraft maintenance in support of squadron operations on MH-R/S helicopters. Experience managing a multidiscipline work force required to perform major aircraft inspections/repair, organizational maintenance, aircrew flight operations and training to include but not limited to: Performed as a Site Manager/Supervisor/Lead providing all management

and administrative functions necessary for the safe, efficient, effective

operation of the site.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 10 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter mechanical work.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, schematics, etc.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and
- directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- May include collateral duties as defined on COMNAVAIRFOR 4790.2 series Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP)
- Must be able to obtain/maintain United States Secret Security Clearance, NOTE: US Citizenship is required to obtain maintain US Secret Security Clearance.
