**Main tasks and responsibilities include**:
- Being the key touchpoint between Product and Technology.
- Responsible for research, identify and understand business, operational or customer challenges, as well as their impacts to internal and external processes
- Responsible for the implementation of the company's strategy by providing vision and direction to the SCRUM teams.
- Responsible for converting business requirements into functional requirements, grooming and prioritizing of features in the product development backlog according to the strategic goals of the company, always with optimizing business value in mind.
- Assist in functional solution design
- Responible for ensuring that the SCRUM teams has sufficient workload and are working on the right priorities - avoiding scope creep and building towards the definition of done.
- Participating to the various SCRUM artifacts as a representative of the business, leading the sprint planning sessions.
- Responsible for planning of product release plans and roadmaps together with the Business Owner, as well as ensure release notes are distributed.
- Analysis and documentation of initiatives and builds, creation and maintenance of user guides, workflows, or other product documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead these improvement efforts with other departments to resolve process issues.
- Responsible for testing, validation and quality assurance of written requirements and user stories
