We are an international, energetic team always pushing for excellence and we are now looking for a UGC Content Creator Intern to join our growing Marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about digital marketing, user-generated content, and social media trends while contributing creatively to real campaigns.
Sum up, we are seeking a creative and motivated UGC Intern to support the creation, management, and analysis of user-generated content across platforms. This role requires curiosity, passion for social media, and willingness to learn in a dynamic, global environment.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
A) Content Creation & Trends
- Support in the creation and editing of UGC content (videos, posts, reels, stories).
- Research social media trends and propose creative ideas aligned with the brand.
B) Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage UGC campaigns with creators and micro-influencers.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and curating user-generated content.
C) Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze content metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Provide insights to improve future campaigns.
D) Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Share ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
**Requirements**:
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
- Interest in social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
- Creative mindset and ability to spot digital trends.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative attitude.
- Valued: personal experience creating content on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Fluency in English or Spanish (both are a plus in our international team).Love for data and metrics: curiosity to measure performance, track KPIs, and use insights to improve content strategies.

- Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00-18:30 (with a 1-hour break) and Friday 9:00-15:00. Summer schedule (July and August): 8:00-15:00.
- Internship duration: 6 months, with the goal of subsequent full-time incorporation.

- Compensation: €500 gross/month.
- Work model: 100% on-site (Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid).
