**Your mission as our IT Recruiter will be to**:

- Use your X-Ray vision to **find the best talent** and bring it to GoldenRace.
- ** Coordinate **with other departments during the recruitment process.
- Have overpowered empathy to** support the new workmate** during the onboarding process.
- Engage and make proposals for **Employer Branding’s improvement**.
- Help with research and proposals to enhance** GoldenRace´s trai**ning area**: superheroes must hone their abilities.

**Your superpowers**:

- At least **two years of experience as a recruiter** of superheroes **in the IT sector**: job portals management, Boolean search, fending off meteorites, etc.
- Super fluent **communication skills written and spoken in Spanish, English **and your own planet’s slang.
- Room for honing your powers: you should be **enticed by the training area**.
- ** Proactivity and problem-solving attitudes**:we need someone who can be there before things happen; use your **superhuman speed**.
- ** Team player**: it’s easier if we save the day together.
