We are looking for a full-time HR & Administration Chief, for our construction project in Zaragoza with the following qualifications to join our dynamic team.

**As and experience we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or site administration (preferably in construction).
- Strong organizational and multifunctional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Located in Zaragoza.

- Manage general administrative operations and documentation at the project site,
- Ensure smooth execution of relocation processes for employees, including accommodation, travel and car rental arrangements.
- Handle immigration procedures (with consultant company and central HR team) ensuring all necessary documents and residence/work permits are tracked and updated.
- Maintain regular communication and cooperation with central HR for onboarding, contracts and personnel processes.
- Maintain smooth interaction and workflow between site management, subcontractors and office administration.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and maintain accurate records related to site operations.
- Support overall project office functions and contribute to process efficiency.
- Facilitating and improving collaboration with external stakeholders as needed.
