**Starting: Immediately**:**The Hapimag Marbella Resort is located directly on the beach and just a 20-minute walk from the historic center. It features 166 apartments, a restaurant, a pool bar, a lounge bar, a wellness area, a café and small shop (café and market), an outdoor pool, a solarium, and a mini club.**

**What you can expect**:

- Supporting our guests at the reception
- Check-in, check-out, and cash management
- Participating in optimizing quality assurance and guest satisfaction
- Processing reservations, e.g., transfers, excursions, golf, tickets, car rental, etc.
- Active additional sales
- Close collaboration with all departments
- Supporting administrative tasks
- Adhering to our company standards

**What you bring along**:

- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Initial professional experience at the reception
- Fluent German and good Spanish skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
