**About this position**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Nucleoo. As a rapidly growing technology scale-up, we aim to orchestrate the creation of real value for transformative companies that make a positive impact on society.
The Business Analyst role is a pivotal position within the company connecting business needs with technology, offering a steep learning curve and tremendous growth potential. The position will be primarily focused on the Spanish market, with growth opportunities in other countries. Therefore, fluent command of both English and Spanish is essential.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work with clients to identify and understand their business needs and challenges
- Develop and present a roadmap with solutions that enable the client to create value in multiple areas of its business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and processes
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
**Requirements**:
- **At least 3 years of working experience** **as an Associate at a top Strategic Consulting firm**:
- University degree, MBA is a plus
- Tech affinity is a must
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**:
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**:
- Empathic
- Attitude of constantly wanting to **learn and improve, personally, but also the organization and clients**:
