Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, or related field required
- Professional styling experience in a high volume commercial photography studio
- Strong experience in a specialized styling category, such as advanced model styling or product styling
- Professional portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of one or more categories of styling
- Strong understanding of market trends, visual composition, and the art of aesthetic presentation
- Productivity-focused and with an exceptional eye for detail
- Accustomed to the high intensity level of an e-commerce studio environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- An obsession for delighting customers
- English (written and verbal)

Key job responsibilities
- Assist on set with prepping, prioritizing imaging order, and styling products
- Troubleshoot and prioritize direction from creative on set
- Monitor incoming product in order to prepare for daily productivity
- Run daily product shoots while maintaining positive energy in studio at all times
- Use the vision of the brand, buyer requests, and other resources as guides to make specific styling choices
- Act as point person for freelance stylists & assistants
- Organize and maintain the workspace, styling props inventory and request supplies
- Support safety initiatives regarding studio workflow and processes
- Drive creative briefings
- Drive Style-guide changes
- Support CX change ideation and incubation
- Experience in a variety of studio settings ranging from editorial, E-commerce, to retail catalog
- Rigorous knowledge of styling techniques across the industry and in various merchandise categories
- Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new methods
- Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site
- Translate brand vision into visually enticing styles
- Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including, prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines
