Global Ecommerce Rollout Project Manager-team Lead

**Position Summary**:
**Global eCommerce Project Manager-Team Lead is responsible for the Global Deployement Features, Services, Platform, B2C & OOH on Mobile and Desktop. He / She will work in close collaboration with the eCommerce Teams in Switzerland, Barcelona and on the Markets to plan and prepare the Global Deployement and ensure market support.
- Deploy the eCommerce Product roadmap deployment, prioritization, planning, in close collaboration with the Products manager and the DSU Partner
- Implement & Foster Agile ways of working together with the Digital Commerce Teams and Digital Service Units in Barcelona to execute roadmaps.(Strong Collaboration with the Global eCommerce Digital eXperience & Innovation Manager & Ecommerce Digital Products Manager)
- Management of the global eCommerce Deployment team (4+ project manager & 4 Webmaster) with the objective of providing a unique best-in-class Project delivery, including the best user experience across global eCommerce platforms and ensure that content & features are configured to be compliant, consistent and relevant for a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate & implement continueslly enahnced processese including an Agile Approach.

**Your responsibilities will be**:
**Excellent Project Management in the deployment available and future eCommerce platforms, features and services**
Once an innovation pilot is deployed, the eCommerce Rollout team handles the enablement of markets in mid to large scale projects to ensure quality in delivery and clarity in the desired results. This team is comprised on Project managers, eMerchandizers/Webmaster to achieve industrialized approaches for decreased time to market on innovation in the Nespresso business model and the eCommerce eco-system more specifically.
- Excellence in project management to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
- Insights into deployment sequence in line with market needs.
- Alignment and coordination with IS Globe to secure Nespresso ambition.
- Coordination of content integration according to global guidelines and specific market needs.

**eCommerce portfolio guidance to markets**
The role is to lead a team to support markets, on Training and Best Pratctices.The support of markets aims to harmonize the approach across markets to best conduct an exemplary role in Project management and facilitate their own planning on annual cycles. This includes the drive a number of improvement projects to raise the level of new omni-channel and eCommerce enablers between pilot and industrialized deployment among the markets.

**Reporting and communication to senior management and market leadership**
In the role of eCommerce Portfolio Manager, regular communication and reporting on available eCommerce capabilities is produced to faciliate market organization and planning. This guidance comes in the form of the OMP and dedicated reporting sessions to Nespresso Zones and management to support achieving market sales opportunities through omni-channel and eCommerce channel objectives.

**Strategic planning of available and future eCommerce OMP and Portfolio**:

- Maintenance of HQ eCommerce OMP including monthly and weekly touch-points and action plans
- Deployment roadmap design and communication.
- Accountability in the deployment sequencing based upon rational criteria of potential business contribution.
- Contribution to and alignment of annual budget process vis-à-vis known market deployments programs and eCommerce OMP.

**Portfolio management leadership in eCommerce innovation projects**
- Ensures delivery of planned roadmaps in quality, time and budget, sssuring senior project management for market deployment facet of new innovation projects including drive of market activation guidelines.
- Dynamic budget forecasting and management for assigned resources
- Continual optimization of resources for HQ and market resources in line with new opportunities, such as Shared Services.

**Develop People and Organisation**
- Establish the appropriate organization in line with the operational plan (OP) and international guidelines
- Recruit, develop, motivate and manage a team to deliver superior performance and results
- Manage and comply with the HR and Line Manager’s Planning Cycle
- Manage the development and evolution of the eBusiness function in the Market/Region
- Ensure local eBusiness functions training capabilities

- University Business (Commercial, Digital Marketing) degree
- Master Degree
