Active in the Aerospace, Defense, Naval, Energy, Train and Utility Vehicle industries, we provide our customers with engineering and technical services that range from Maintenance Engineering and Training to Technical Documentation and Operations. The BID Team develops high-performing, innovative, and competitive responses to calls for tenders by mobilizing and coordinating different teams: it acts as the intermediary with the technical team and must challenge the sales team to develop a strategic vision of the offer, oriented towards the client. It participates in qualifying the needs, organizes the response phase (tasks, contributors, schedule), and contributes to the production of a technical and financial proposal. Thus, within the ATEXIS "Bid Team," your main missions will be to ensure, in collaboration with the sales and technical teams: - Analysis from a technical/business and commercial perspective of our clients' needs - Proposal of technical and commercial response strategies - Writing of technical and commercial proposals adapted to client needs - Coordination and management of the tender response process - Continuous improvement of the pre-sales **Qualifications** - Engineering degree - MBA would be a plus **Additional Information** - 1 year of experience in a similar job - Proficient in English - French would be a plus
