Healthcare Administrative

- We are seeking for a Healthcare Administrative to join our EndomeTRIO diagnosis department, based in Valencia, Spain. This vacancy is temporary._

Responsabilities of the role:_**
- _ Follow the laboratory's procedures and maintaining records of patient test results_
- _Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures_
- _Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications_
- _Responsible for handling documentation requirements_
- _Providing administrative support to the laboratory team_
- _Ensuring accuracy and proof reading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the software_
- _Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software_
- _Registering non-conformities related to pre-analytical steps_

**What are you accountable for achieving?**
- Degree or FP in Administration
- Knowledge or training in Biology or similar would be valuable
- Level B2 of English speaking and writing.
- More than 1 year of experience in the same or similar role in a laboratory.
- Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, word...)
- Valuable previous experience with ERP (Navision preferable)
- Previous experience in a similar role or in Healcare sector, FIV clinics preferable.
