We are expanding our team in the Secure e-Solutions area, we are looking for a **Purchasing Administrator** for the Support area.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

Your main functions will be:

- Negotiation with suppliers: purchase conditions, delivery times, freight and payment method.
- Order document management: preparation of the order in Word, Klare or Supply, search for the relevant approvals so that the document meets the formal requirements, shipment of the order, monitoring of the order in terms of delivery times, receipt of orders, control of VPS's (Vertification Order) (claim and follow-up, file...).
- Internal after-sales management: management of rejection reports, resolution of conflicts with orders (errors in terms of amount, duplication, configuration...).
- Management of the return of duplicate or erroneous material.
- Management of the transport of the order to the end customer when requested by the JP.
- Updating of the list of approved suppliers, or in the process of approval, on the intranet (Spanish and English list).
- Location, monitoring and archiving of certificates of conformity.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

For this position, we are looking for experts in Purchasing with an **advanced level of Office** (word and excel expert level) and a high level of **English**, we will positively value experience in the sector and supply chain management.
