**Position**:
Transportation Coordinator

You will be responsible in advising our sales teams, partners, customers and vendors on the best way to deliver our solutions to multiple national/ international locations whilst taking away complexity.

You work with goods moving out of our warehouses from Spain to the national and international locations. You'll consult our customers and partners in terms of best export and import solutions and monitor and process these special freight movements. You'll be in charge for the logistics offering process, but you'll also manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process.

Additionally, you will be expected to work very closely with your counterparts in the other teams and departments, in operations/purchasing, in finance, in sales, in legal, logistic and in particular you will ensure that our customers and sales people are fully supported in terms of international roll-outs.

**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?**
- Coordinates transport and distribution activities, at national and international level, in all modes (door to door, full truckloads, dedicated deliveries, Hight Tech Transport).
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in ARROW's transportation operation.
- Monitor Carrier performance relative to on time pickup and delivery.
- Arrow's daily transportation traffic management.
- Lead shipment discrepancy investigation / freight claim coordination with carriers.
- Maintenance of new release schedules as necessary.
- Coordinate Import activities that are currently handle under conditions FCA, EXW, FOB, CIP, conditions.
- Coordinate Export activities inside and outside the EU.
- Customs management.
- Prepare spot price (import/ex) quotations for our different BU's upon request.
- Management of Tariff codes and processing of Dual-use licenses.
- Dedicated fleets management.
- Route Management.
- Negotiate transport rates with our different Carriers Suppliers and management deals closed. Select carrier to be used for shipment and prepare documents for carrier.
- Provide customer support to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.
- Provide support at the desk level to all internal BU's and customer to ensure al After Sales Claims.
- KPI's reports.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- 1+ years' work experience in logistics/transportation industry and/ or relevant studies.
- Proficiency with **Windows Word, Excel, and Outlook.**:

- Strong Problem-Solving, Organizational, Planning, Conflict Resolution and Decision-Making skills.
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
- Goal and results oriented, motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Strong customer service orientation.
- Languages**:English and Spanish on proficiency level.**

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9h to 14h and 15h to 18:30h. Friday 9 to 14h.
