**About the role**
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and working closely with the General Manager Spain, this position is critical to the success of our Spanish organisation. You will be the first point of contact potential clients will have when they call in/enquire through our website. Your mission is to help customers understand how our products can solve their business problems, and to turn their interest into revenue
We have a great team spirit, so we'd love to see you in the office a couple of times a week, but the rest of the time we are happy for you to work from home.

**What you'll be doing**
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
- Up-selling to new customers to find additional opportunities
- Proactively handling all sales enquiries to maximise customer retention
- Have an understanding of the customer buying process
- Working through the entire selling process including qualification, questioning, negotiating and closing deals
- Successfully convert new leads into customers
**The role will also involve**:
- Proactively generating, qualifying and closing existing business opportunities
- Identifying and cross selling opportunities to help deliver new products and services.

- Native/fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish
- Confident verbal and written communication in English
- Self-motivated and target orientated
- Confident/resilient
- Strong communication/negotiation skills
- Professional/consultative style
- Commercial acumen
- Logical thinker
- Demonstrable track record of sales success/customer service experience
- Ability to influence others
**It would be great if you also had**:
- Sales experience in a B2B environment
- Mobile technology background
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Consultative Selling Methodology (Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling)
