**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our **Transversal Operations Strategy Department** as **Planning Coordinator & Project Manager** at our headquarters in Madrid.

**MISSION**:
The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project. It’s their job to make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

**Core responsibilities of the Planning Coordinator and Project Manager**:

- Coordinate the global S&OP process.
- Support the demand and supply planning process.
- Project management.
- Key user in the area tools such as: analytics, demand planning, supply, inventory, and scheduling production systems.
- Reporting and area key performance indicators tracking.

**Soft skills**:

- Analytical profile.
- Strong intellectual curiosity.
- Good communication (both oral and written).
- Interpersonal strengths
- Project management skills.
- Autonomous and proactive.

**Education and Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Nice to have: master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Preferable:

- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning).
- Expertise in implementation of Demand and supply chain systems.
- Other programs such as Access, Power BI, SAP.
