Currently Niza is present in both the Spanish and international markets through different selling channels, such as: own stores, department stores (El Corte Ingles), more than 200 multibrand selling points and online marketplaces like Zalando, La Redoutte, Yoox, ect...
**Descripción del puesto**:
It is an exciting time to join NIZA as we go through a period of rapid growth. We want a leader, a team player, someone who is very hands-on and pro-active
He/she will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving external collaborations. You need a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills.
Will analyse market trends and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. He/she will create awareness of and develop the image of the brand and ensure that all actions that impact the brand image, positioning or presence are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales to agree effective marketing plans and implement a successful channel marketing strategy
- Implement channel marketing activities to a high standard in terms of brand and sales performance
- Maximize the presence of NIZA through offline and online channel marketing activities working directly with the channel partners
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and sales
- Collaborate with other teams & partners to promote offerings
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns including accurate forecasting and KPI reporting
- Coordinating content and social media plans
**Perfil**:
Requierements:
- Prior experience of 3 years in a similar role in fashion retailing sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master´s degree is a plus)
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
- High attention to detail
