Descripción del empleo
- Realizar las asistencias técnicas en campo a los equipos de los clientes de Lacroix City.
- Realizar reparaciones en el laboratorio de Lacroix City.
- Atención remota a los clientes siempre que sea posible para minimizar los costes del departamento.
- Ayudar a potenciar las ventas de repuestos para mejorar la rentabilidad del departamento.
- Realizar el trabajo prestando especial cuidado a la calidad del trabajo realizado y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Atender las consultas y necesidades de los clientes de Lacroix City.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniero Técnico o Grado Medio en electrónica.
- Deseable conocimiento de entornos ERP empresariales.
- Deseables cursos de formación en PRL.
- Persona acostumbrada a trabajar de cara al cliente, entendiendo sus necesidades y expectativas desde un punto de vista tanto técnico como comercial.
- Conocimiento de electrónica para interpretación de esquemas eléctricos y electrónicos, así como la reparación de los equipos de Lacroix.
- Manejo de la soldadura SMD.
- Manejo del paquete Office.
- Ingles a Nível Profesional.
