We are hiring for a specialist in PR, communication and social media for a communication agency in Madrid.

**Your functions will be**:

- PR strategy: Lead tactical efforts and contribute to strategic thinking in relationship-building with local media.
- Build media lists: Cultivate and steward relationships with journalists and press outlets across broadcast, print, and online media.
- Social Media Management: profile management, communications and reports.
- Events: Serve as PR lead for several key regional events, as well as develop media-specific events.
- Drafting and distribution: write draft press releases, thought leadership opinion editorials, Q&A responses, pitches, speeches, case studies, and impact stories.
- Responsible for ad-hoc reporting of the local e-PR impact, including performance analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a communication agency of at least 2 years, and community management.
- Degree in Journalism or Advertising and PR
- Direct and constant relationship with the media. Good contacts of journalists.
- Excellent quality in writing press material.
- Execution of communication plans for clients.
- Ability to make reports.
- Ability to plan the work of your clients Knowledge of the digital environment
- Good argumentative capacity, dealing with the client and level of exposure
- Proactivity, empathy, ability to work in a team and a high level of professional demand
- Fluent English & Spanish
