As a Global Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our Strategy Office Organization that plays a vital leadership role in the management of Fast Track projects and the management of the portfolio of projects that we have been assigned to as part of either Fast Track R&D or in co-operation of the Global Regulatory organization.

This position has responsibility for prioritizing the global projects that we are requested to do as a request from any other department in Solenis. The role will prioritize together with the Fast Track and where needed Regulatory leadership teams and as such will be part of the global management tem for R&D Fast track reporting into the VP for Fast Track R&D and global Regulatory. This individual will work closely with the Business Units, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Research & Development management teams to ensure that resources are on task and on schedule to deliver the project objectives in a timely manner. This individual will need to be able to communicate and interface effectively with internal and external personnel both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and teamwork throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the execution of key projects in line with established strategic priorities and market insights, ensuring with the resource managers that prioritized projects are resourced thoughtfully to maximize impact.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time, in budget and quality delivery of projects.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences throughout all levels of a global organization about the status of the projects and prioritization process.
- Identify and manage schedule dependencies across various teams and departments to ensure that they are communicated, understood, and executed.
- Identify and manage project risks across various teams and departments.
- Manage and control project documentation
- Coaches and manages where applicable other project managers of the Fast Track and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5+ years in project management, preferably within the chemical or industrial water treatment industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of product development processes for chemical and/or equipment innovations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable strategies and decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., SmartSheet, Microsoft Project) preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the chemical, water treatment or paper industry preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to provide clear direction to matrixed resources in virtual, multi-national environments
