Our core technology is built on real-time analytics and **Generative AI** running on private and public company data. We fuel our Natural Language Processing technology with +50M companies and +1.2B aggregated data points, allowing us to be 3x-5x better than alternatives.

**‍**What we expect from you**:

- **Leadership & Management**
- As the **leader** of the Design team, you will work alongside our Co-Founder & COO / CPO, formerly Product at Google, and the whole product team.
- You will also have the opportunity to **manage** and **grow** a close-knit Design Team.
- **User-Centric Mindset**
- Be in **continuous** and **close** contact with users to deeply understand their pains, needs, and workflows. You are expected to lead by example, **shadowing** our users on a **continuous** basis as a non-negotiable to build a best-in-class product.
- Own the **usability risk** in our product development process, ensuring every feature is intuitive and delightful.
- **Outcome-Driven Design**
- Focus design work on impact, not just output—measured by adoption, usability, and contribution to our **North Star Metric**.
- Translate user problems into design solutions that accelerate discovery, adoption, and customer success.
- **Excellence in English Communication**
- Possess a **high level** of **spoken** and **written** English. This is a **Must**.
- Be able to **independently run demanding discovery, shadowing, and user interviews** with senior corporate stakeholders—capturing nuance, context, and emotion without supervision.
- Translate complex user insights into crisp documentation and narratives that the broader team can act on immediately.
- **Agility & Experimentation**
- Leverage **AI** to conduct rapid prototyping, experimentation, and lean slicing to validate ideas fast (Dual-Track Agile: Discovery + Delivery).
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and quick iteration, embracing mistakes as part of discovery.
- **Innovation & Differentiation**
- Leverage **AI advancements** to enhance product experiences, while keeping simplicity at the core.
- Stay ahead of design trends in AI-enabled workflows, personalization, and decision-making tools.
- **Strategic Partnering**
- Work as an integral part of the **Product Trio** (Product Manager + Designer + Engineering Lead), ensuring alignment on outcomes, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Provide clear, high-quality design artifacts that accelerate engineering and product execution.
- **Scalability & Systems Thinking**
- Design not just features, but scalable workflows, reusable design systems, and seamless user journeys.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision for an **outstanding product experience fully integrated into customer workflows**

**What you will bring**:

- You have **5+ years** of experience in **Product Design** at **product-driven,** **fast-paced** **tech** **startups**.
- You have a **great product sense,** and you use it along with your design expertise to add value to our users.
- You have experience doing **product discovery** and don’t need to be convinced of the importance of doing **continuous discovery** with our users as the **core** component of our design discovery efforts.
- You have a genuine **passion** for **technology** and the **AI revolution**, constantly exploring new tools that can elevate the product and streamline day-to-day workflows.
- You see **your** work as a way of **generating value** for our users, not as an end.
- Professional proficiency in **English** is a **Must**. If in doubt, please **refrain from applying**. Spanish is a plus.

- Experience as a Product Designer for SaaS B2B companies.
- Experience in the corporate innovation industry.
