Zoho Corporation Europe is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting, reviewing and structuring commercial agreements
- Developing and maintaining legal resources that are required for products, such as terms of service, privacy notices and other disclosures
- Negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing solution-oriented legal advice to teams on regulatory issues and privacy
- Driving compliance with data privacy laws and other regulations
- Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Law or in a related field is a must
- Preferably, understanding of laws and regulations across Europe, especially in France
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this role
