We are looking for an **Ecommerce & Growth manager **who joins our Ecommerce team and brings Brava’s online store to the next level

**Your mission **will be to **scale and grow Brava’s Ecommerce **(b2c) in a profitable and healthy way, positioning it as the company’s main sales channel.

Your impact to Brava Fabrics will be exceptional if you develop the following roles and contributions:
**Strategic Master**
- As the ultimate responsible of the Ecommerce platform you will have a **360º vision of our online store** and will coordinate with other departments wisely in order to reach the maximum potential of the channel.
- Have full** control of the P&L** of Ecommerce; this will allow you to make smart and agile decisions.
- Create an** Ecommerce strategic growth plan **along with Brava’s founders.
- Plan ahead and manage a budget to create, execute and control a **full digital marketing** plan together with the marketing team, including organic and paid campaigns,
- Monitoring and **control of stock, budget and sales and design a strategy **working closely with the product team **to encourage sales** on our online store _(ensure that the site has the most profitable products, create promotional offers if applicable etc)_
- ** Support **our wholesale team to develop a **B2B Ecommerce strategy.**
- Build and **lead the Ecommerce team** aligned with growth strategy.

**Acquisition & Conversion champion**:

- ** Optimize acquisitions channels**: analyze current Ecommerce acquisition channels setting up an optimization plan and detect and empower new ways of acquisition.
- Analysis and management of the** conversion funnel** to obtain the most favorable results.
- ** Analyze the performance** of the site and **evaluate effectiveness** of marketing strategies and major changes made on the site..
- Detect and enhance which marketing efforts are relevant for the company and **forecast **them for the following seasons (content, influencers, PR and others)

**What will make you succeed with us?**
- **+5 year of experience** working in the Digital field in companies +5 M€ sales.
- ** Experience managing an Ecommerce**
- You have an Engineering / Business degree.
- ** Excellent analytical skills** to analyze performance, marketing efforts and design strong strategies.
- ** Business mindset;** you act understanding the impact that Ecommerce has in the business.
- ** Profit & Loss responsibility**; you are able to oversee cash flow and to decide on budget allocations for your department.
- ** Can-do attitude and hands-on** approach to work.
- Great communicator**:forthright and capable of inspiring trust and confidence** since you will constantly work with strategic stakeholders.
- ** Problem solver and decisive attitude**; you are wired to solve problems on the go.
- Capable of generating** lasting processes and optimizing resourcing**.
- ** Strategic mindset** that allows you to spot new opportunities, address emerging challenges, and plan for future success.
- ** Creative**; think out of the box and challenge the statu quo.
- You are an **honest team player **and treat everyone with empathy and respect despite their position, gender or beliefs.
- Good level of **English**: You will work in a multicultural work environment willing to interact with international stakeholders and different teams.

Although it is not necessary it would be great if you also have
- Previous working experience with Shopify
- Have an MBA degree
