**The Internship**: Step into the dynamic world of Quintas Energy and embark on a transformative journey that fuses innovation, excellence, and hands-on experience. As an intern, you will be immersed in a unique opportunity to monitor photovoltaic (PV) plants using cutting-edge monitoring systems (SCADA) within our expansive portfolio.

**What You'll Learn**: During this immersive internship, you will:

- **Data Extraction and Analysis**: Master the art of downloading data from diverse parameters within the SCADA system. These values, including irradiance, power, energy production, temperature, and more, are sourced from pyranometers, inverters, meters, weather stations, and beyond.
- **Data Quality Assurance**: Become a guardian of data integrity by meticulously checking the quality of downloaded information. Your precision will ensure the reliability of our analyses.
- **Data Processing**: Utilize Excel files to process the downloaded data, paving the way for insightful conclusions and valuable insights.

**Additional Responsibilities**: While your main focus will revolve around data monitoring, you'll also have the opportunity to:

- ** String-Level Definition**: Play a pivotal role in defining the PV plants in our system at the string level using PowerBI, contributing to our data-driven approach.

**Conditions**:
Compensation: 500 euros gross/month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 14:00h (25h per week)

Period: 6 months

Starting date: 21/10/2024

**Who We're Looking For**: We're on the lookout for aspiring engineering enthusiasts who are eager to delve into the intricacies of power management. If you're approaching graduation, you have at least a B2 in english and spanish, and at least B1 in italian, your knack for problem-solving, technical excellence, and collaborative spirit align perfectly with our vision.

**Application Process**: Embark on this enlightening journey by sharing your resume, a cover letter that illuminates your passion for power management, and a brief paragraph highlighting the alignment between your engineering background and Quintas Energy's mission.

**Requirements**:

- You will be enrolled in 2024/25 curse of the Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar degree program at Universitiy of Seville.
- Languages: minimum of B2 in both English and Spanish and B1 in Italian (only written B1 level is required)
- Full availability during Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM during the 6 months of the internship.
- Based in Seville.
- Available from November 2024.
