Strategy Consulting Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Strategy Consulting Manager to join our team at Bluecap Reinvention Studio This studio has more than 15 years of experience in providing consulting services, specialized in the financial sector.
You will get the chance to:
- Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.- Make an impact. Work in large-scale projects globally.- Interact with the top management of leading national and international Financial Institutions.- Establish an enduring relationship with our clients.- Identify new business opportunities in new clients or in existing clients.- Be actively involved in the development of our projects: identifying problems, formulating hypotheses, managing relations with clients and proposing solutions.- Focus on key areas of expertise: Strategic management of Risk, Finance & Capital and Commercial effectiveness.- Ensure successful from design through to implementation, adding value throughout the entire process.- Encourage the development of the peers and the team players.
What will help you succeed:
- Solid experience in the strategic consulting field.- Extensive knowledge of the banking business.- Experience in carrying out strategic projects in different banking areas (Risks, Regulation, Business...).- Experience in business development in the sector.- Experience in team management.- Experience in project organization and planning.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- High degree of commitment.- High leadership capacity.- Good negotiation and communication skills.- Ability to generate and maintain value engagement with clients.- Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued (Portuguese, French, Italian ).
