**YOUR PROJECT ASSIGNMENT**
TEICON ENGINEERING invites you to join an ambitious project in Tarragona, where we're constructing a state-of-the-art facility for the production of industrial gases. This role is your chance to contribute to a massive project involving superstructures for methane and ethylene production, set to be transported to the United States.

- Workload: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and coordinate all welding activities on site in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Monitor and verify the performance of welders and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with approved welding procedures and quality requirements.
- Conduct and document visual testing (VT Level 2) of welds, identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Support and, if qualified, perform radiographic testing (RT Level 2) and evaluate X-ray films for accurate assessment of weld quality.
- Ensure that all welding work complies with safety regulations, project-specific requirements, and applicable international standards.
- Collaborate closely with construction, quality, and commissioning teams to resolve welding-related punch points and non-conformities.
- Maintain welding inspection records, issue daily reports, and contribute to lessons learned for future projects.
- Promote a strong HSE culture throughout all welding-related activities.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Certified as **Welding Engineer** or **Welding Specialist**.
- Certified in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with V**isual Testing (VT) Level 2**; additional certification in **Radiographic Testing (RT) Level 2** is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in evaluating radiographic films and reporting weld quality results.
- Several years of experience in supervising welding works within large-scale industrial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of welding processes, inspection methods, and applicable international standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in an international site environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to technical detail and compliance.
