**What You’ll Do**:
As VP Finance, you will be a key strategic partner to the Group CEO and local General Managers, driving financial performance and enabling sustainable growth across our multi-country operations.

**Strategic Leadership**
- Partner with the CEO and General Managers on high-impact strategic initiatives across the group
- Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize business performance and operational efficiency
- Lead risk management efforts to safeguard the company and its subsidiaries

**Financial Management & Planning**
- Own the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and reporting across all entities
- Manage cash flow optimization, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee investor relations and deliver clear, compelling financial reporting to stakeholders

**Accounting & Controls**
- Supervise group-level accounting operations and collaborate with external accounting partners
- Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks
- Coordinate all audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Fleetch Growth & Fundraising**
- Scale Fleetch's asset financing activities through new debt fundraising initiatives
- Lead the full fundraising cycle: from lead generation and offer negotiation to due diligence coordination
- Build relationships with financial institutions and debt providers

**Team Development**
- Lead, develop, and mentor a growing finance team (currently 10 people)
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

**Who You Are**:

- Prior experience as a CFO or equivalent responsibilities with demonstrated track record for successfully scaling an organisation is mandatory(start-up tech and international)
- Marketplace experience is a plus
- Strong debt structuring skills
- Superior Excel / Financial planning analysis tools skills is a must
- Strong accounting / financial analysis skills
- Be creative and independent
- Results-driven personality eager to partner with management team to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals
- French and English are required, Spanish is a plus
