We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe.

**What you'll be doing**
- Building and optimising scalable, data-driven operational processes
- Aligning wealth and trading operations and processes with long-term strategic and regulatory goals
- Leading and executing end-to-end infrastructure and operations initiatives
- Driving efficiency, impactful, and cross-functional integration
- Defining project priorities and setting timelines based on data and business impact
- Ensuring alignment with organisational goals to deliver operational excellence
- Identifying and launching new features in line with regulatory requirements
- Improving service delivery and operational performance through innovation
- Managing critical operational processes and vendor relationships
- Building tracking systems to ensure scalability, risk management, and accountability

**What you'll need**
- A 2:1 degree from a top university
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, including roles within regulated businesses
- Knowledge of investments, wealth management, and/or trading products
- Proficiency in extracting and analysing data using SQL
- A proven track record of owning and leading complex projects end to end
- An analytical mindset to break down complex problems and work effectively with data
- An ability to drive business impact through data-driven solutions
- A genuine interest in the financial industry
