Tetra Pak is looking for a Supplier Quality Development Engineer that will assure the quality level of the suppliers to meet the business requirements (mainly for mechanical manufacturing equipments and installation services) through assessments, analysis and audits. This is a permanent position based in Modena (Italy) or Arganda (Spain). You will be travelling 50% of your time to our customers sites (when conditions allow it).

**What you will do**:

- Prepare and deliver technical trainings with proven success in transfer of relevant knowledge and skills
- Drive suppliers audit and improvement plan, support multiple product development and validation to ensure that quality objectives are met and maintened
- Secure root causes eradications of supplier related issues
- Secure the PSE (Processing Solutions & Equipment) project organization with the selection of the validated/approved supplier to meet the project/customer needs
- Secure involvement in category strategy build up (contribute)
- Secure presence in regular category forums
- Align on focus with category leaders and sub-category global leaders
- Develop & maintain standard documentation
- Assess current of focus suppliers based on audits, performance data and stakeholder input
- Create and drive development plants for product and supplier validation
- Secure performance and data follow up
- Be available to present status and actions in Quality pillar and pulse meetings for Global and Local suppliers

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in developing technical trainings for internal and external suppliers
- Knowledge of ISO 14000 and 9001
- Auditing experience as well as documentation
- Welding certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Power BI programming is a plus
- Fluent in English both written and spoken and at least one between Italian and Spanish
