Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst to become part of CGI with experience and good knowledge of ITSM functionality and data. Your future duties and responsibilities Ability to deliver on the following typical tasks and activities associated with role: - Participate in project management activities (e.g. SCRUMs) and perform as SCRUM Master when requested by Contractor PM - Lead requirements gathering and refinement and development of detailed requirements - Work with business sponsors very early in system development to define ITSM end-user roles and permission sets for system - Facilitate and co-lead business functionality prototyping sessions with ITSM Tool specialists (especially customer-facing sessions) - Establish acceptance test criteria with customer - Participate in definition of ITSM Tool related UAT and PROD sanity tests and ensure traceability of requirements to sprint "releases" - Organize client-facing meetings and coordinate communications with client regarding development and test tasks - Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedure, and decision flows Required qualifications to be successful in this role - More than 5 years of relevant experience - IT diploma in a relevant field - Bilingual (French and English) - Must hold a Government issued clearance such as Enhanced or Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain the clearance, which would mean to be eligible you must have been residing in Canada for at least 5-10 years - Very good knowledge of ITSM functionality and data - Very good writing skills for functional and technical requirements, test cases, and process documentation - Good client-facing skills ** Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients **Insights you can act on** While technology is at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
