Sobre el departamento
El departamento de Consumer Care está formado por un equipo de técnicos que proporciona un servicio de atención telefónica personalizada a nuestros usuarios finales y profesionales sanitarios, asesorando e informando sobre patología y producto.
El puesto
Como coordinador/a del departamento, tu misión principal será liderar a tu equipo para asegurar una alta calidad en el servicio al cliente.
Definirás la estrategia del departamento para consolidar la fidelización de los usuarios creando y adaptando procesos, en coordinación con diferentes departamentos en España y la sede central para asegurar el alineamiento con la estrategia corporativa.
Analizarás los datos de nuestros sistemas de gestión para medir la productividad y efectividad y proponer acciones de mejora continua.
Establecerás objetivos y KPIs (indicadores clave de rendimiento) para desafiar los procesos y optimizar los resultados del departamento dentro de las políticas de la compañía.
Si cumples los siguientes requisitos, este puede ser tu próximo puesto:
Experiência de 2+ años en la gestión de personas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, especialmente en el teléfono con claridad en la exposición.
Capacidad en análisis, creación y adaptación de procesos para reforzar el servicio de atención a clientes.
Se valorará positivamente estudios universitarios en el campo de la salud.
Orientación de servicio al cliente.
Excelentes habilidades de escucha y diálogo con el consumidor.
Experiência en el sector de la salud, valorándose muy positivamente haber implementado programas de ayuda o asesoramiento.
Conocimiento de las herramientas informáticas habituales.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación en idioma inglés para interaccionar con nuestra central en Dinamarca.
