**Job Purpose**:
Payment Desk Analyst is responsible for timely payment preparation and execution following Tech Data Control Policies.Reconciliation of operational and intercompany bank balances to the Ledger. Provide accurate and timely reporting of cashflow forecast along with deviation analysis when required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Payment preparation and processing (40%)
- Allocation of vendor direct debit payments and refunds (5%)
- Vendor query handling (29%)
- Follow up on the transitory accounts clearance (5%)
- Daily validation of operational and intercompany bank balances to the ledger (4%)
- Cashflow forecasting daily and weekly reports and provide deviation analysis (15%)
- Preparation of Mitigating Control Reports and Audits (1%)
- Month End Closing Reporting:Bank balances and reconciliation (1%)
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
