HR Project Manager

We are now looking for a talented **HR Project Manager** to join the People Team and help deliver and coordinate strategic and transformational projects that will be key for the company’s growth. You will work closely with several teams within HR and also teams within the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage projects from initial requirement gathering, planning, through kick-off meetings and regular update meetings, to final development and implementation. You will be required to use your initiative to intervene as required when a project or activity faces delays, whilst tracking and reporting progress to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with other areas of the business to gather requirements and ensure dependencies for a successful delivery are identified. Define actions and priorities to work on.
- Outline the tasks involved in the project and not only delegate them but also own and deliver actions to ensure quality execution.
- Analyze current KPIs and/or propose new ones to be able to prioritise activities and ensure the team is focused on the most relevant deliverables.
- Establish a close relationship with the Analytics team to create dashboards and ensure KPIs can be tracked and measured and insights provided.
- Partner with the Internal Communications team to communicate all project changes and implications to stakeholders and create guidelines if needed.
- Manage several projects in parallel and ability to create business cases to present internally to leadership for approval.
- Main point of contact to address questions, concerns and risk reporting.
- Actively suggest improvements and recommendations to mitigate risks.

**Required skills and experience**:

- At least 4 years of Relevant project management experience required.
- HR experience is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to effectively summarise information to extract what drives value.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to Influence partners and/or organisational leadership to accomplish program/project goals.
- Organised and self-starter, with attention to detail and focused on results.
- Proactive, highly motivated, self-directed and hands-on personality.
- Change management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a must.
