Mandatory skills
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN GRAVITY PROJECTS
- Proficient in Confluence, JIRA and JIRA Xray - Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Master in QA Methodologies - Excellent attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English - Written and Spoken - Proven Test Management and skills in
relation to Agile/DevOps set up within projects.

Job Responsibilities / Role
- Leading the definition and implementation of the Testing Strategy and subsequent coordination of resources, tasks, risks, dependencies, and service requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align the Test Strategy with program goals - Comfortable defining, implementing, and managing the functional and non-functional test stages across varied
- Define testing objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for each workstream within the program
- Define and track relevant quality metrics, KPIs
- Roll out of clear, concise, and consistent test reporting
- Incident management
- Preparation of reports for Bi-Weekly Management Committee.
