**What you will be doing**
- Forge deep connections with users, uncovering critical pain points and opportunities for revolutionary improvements.

- Shepherd products from conception to launch, ensuring they deliver quantifiable improvements in student success and satisfaction.
- Spearhead and inspire outsourced development teams, maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
- Continuously evolve our offerings by staying at the forefront of AI advancements and learning science breakthroughs.

Spearhead the development and delivery of AI-powered educational products that measurably revolutionize student engagement, learning efficacy, and overall satisfaction.
- Proven track record of shipping innovative, user-centric products with quantifiable impact on key metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and problem-solving.
- Extensive experience with generative AI platforms for ideation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in gathering actionable user insights through direct research and observation.
- Strong analytical skills, with a history of translating data into impactful product decisions.
- Successful leadership of development teams, aligning execution with product vision and quality standards.
