**Tasks**:

- Establish functional and non-functional requirements and document them appropriately.
- Support team and PO to write high-quality user stories.
- Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders.
- Establish effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value.
- Based on the input of business representatives refine requirements and translate them into business terms and conceptual models.
- Identify any Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies.
- Define and maintain data quality requirements, design principles, standards, and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the development of BI solutions. 5 years overall minimum.
- Very good written and spoken English (C1).
- Very good communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way.
- Analytical thinking.
- Familiar with Design Thinking, User Centricity
- At least basic knowledge about data modelling and BI technologies.
- Understanding database concepts and technologies (SQL DB, Azure Data Factory).
- Familiar with SDLC (Software Development life Cycle)
- Familiar with Agile delivery.

**Nice to have**:

- Understanding data management and data warehouse architecture concepts.
- Understanding of SQL and/or PL/SQL.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN
- Familiar with DevOps.
