What You’ll Do**-
- Act as a strategic pillar to the Sales teams, enabling them to target prospects with aligned messaging.-
- Grow your database and manage segmentation to support lead qualification.Develop and roll out business cases with Sales Managers and leverage them through multi-channel campaigns.-
- Adapt and localize marketing materials (presentations, brochures, infographics, website content)-
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What We’re Looking For**-
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing or project management (experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or SaaS is a strong plus).-
- Results-driven, organized, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish.-
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and internationally.-
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize marketing performance.-
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact.-
- Native level of French with good English communication skills (written and spoken).
